Ingredients

Chicken – 300 g (boneless, small pieces)

Noodles – 1½ packs

Oil – 2 tbsp

Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Ginger – 1 tsp (grated)

Green chilli – 1 (optional)

Onion – 1 small (optional)

Carrot – 1 (julienned)

Capsicum – ½ cup (optional)

Soy sauce – 1½ tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp

Pepper powder – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Water – about 3 cups

Spring onion – for garnish
How to Make One Pot Chicken Noodles

Heat oil in a deep pan or cooker.

Add garlic, ginger, and green chilli. Sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces and cook for 4–5 minutes until half cooked.

Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix well.

Add water and bring it to a boil.

Break noodles and add them to the pot.

Cover and cook on low flame until noodles are cooked and water is absorbed.
