  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup boiled sweet corn

  • 1 cup chicken stock (or water)

  • 1/2 cup milk or fresh cream

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika or chilli flakes

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese or grated cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley

Optional toppings:

  • Grated cheese

  • Crushed tortilla chips

  • Sour cream or yogurt

  • Jalapeños

Method (One-Pot)

  1. Heat oil or butter in a deep pot.

  2. Add onion and sauté until soft and translucent.

  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Add cumin powder, paprika, pepper, and salt. Mix well.

  5. Add shredded chicken, white beans, and corn. Stir to coat evenly.

  6. Pour in chicken stock and simmer for 10 minutes.

  7. Add milk or cream and mix gently.
