1 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)

1 cup milk

¼ cup fresh cream

¼ tsp pepper

½ tsp chilli flakes

½ tsp mixed herbs

Salt, to taste

2 tbsp grated cheese (optional but recommended)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Season and Cook the Chicken

Heat 1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp butter in a pan.

Add chicken , salt, pepper, paprika/chilli powder.
