Rava Banana Cake Without Oven

INGREDIENTS

Rava (semolina) – 1 cup

Ripe banana – 2 (mashed)

Sugar – ¾ cup (adjust to taste)

Curd – ½ cup

Oil – ¼ cup

Baking soda – ½ tsp

Baking powder – 1 tsp

Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Salt – a pinch

Chopped nuts or chocolate chips – optional
HOW TO MAKE RAVA BANANA CAKE (PRESSURE COOKER)

Dry roast rava on low flame until slightly aromatic. Let it cool.

In a bowl, mash bananas well. Add sugar and mix until dissolved.

Add curd, oil, and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Add roasted rava, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Mix gently to a smooth batter. Rest for 10 minutes.

Grease a cake tin and pour the batter.

Preheat pressure cooker for 5 minutes (without whistle & water).

Place cake tin on a stand, cover and cook for 35–40 minutes on low flame.
