INGREDIENTS

Noodles – 1½ packs

Garlic – 1½ tbsp (finely chopped)

Dry red chillies – 3–4 (crushed)

Chilli flakes – 1 tsp

Oil – 3 tbsp

Soy sauce – 1½ tbsp
-
Vinegar – 1 tsp
-
Sugar – a pinch
-
Salt – to taste

Spring onions – for garnish
METHOD (SIMPLE)

Cook noodles as per packet instructions. Drain and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté until aromatic.

Add crushed red chillies and chilli flakes. Switch off flame.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Add cooked noodles and toss until coated evenly.

Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
