Garlic chilli oil noodles are a popular Asian street-style dish known for their intense garlic aroma and spicy chilli oil flavor. This easy noodle recipe requires minimal ingredients and can be made in under 15 minutes, making it perfect for busy days.






 INGREDIENTS

  • Noodles – 1½ packs

  • Garlic – 1½ tbsp (finely chopped)

  • Dry red chillies – 3–4 (crushed)

  • Chilli flakes – 1 tsp

  • Oil – 3 tbsp

  • Soy sauce – 1½ tbsp

  • Vinegar – 1 tsp

  • Sugar – a pinch

  • Salt – to taste

  • Spring onions – for garnish


 METHOD (SIMPLE)

  1. Cook noodles as per packet instructions. Drain and keep aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté until aromatic.

  3. Add crushed red chillies and chilli flakes. Switch off flame.

  4. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

  5. Add cooked noodles and toss until coated evenly.

  6. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
