250–300 g shrimp (prawns), cleaned and deveined
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5–6 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
