Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten-Free & Low Carb)

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) or unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and vanilla extract.
- Add melted coconut oil and honey, then stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto the tray and slightly press each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool before enjoying.
Healthy Tip: Use chopped nuts or raisins instead of chocolate chips for variety.
